If there is any manufacturer defect in the product or it is recieved broken and damaged in any way, return it, within 30 days of reciept, products purchsed from us may be returned for any of these reasons.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Our return process consists of three simple steps: 1) Fill out our online return form, 2) Send the package and 3) Handling at our Warehouse
STEP 1. FILL OUT OUR RETURN FORM & PRINT IT
- Fill out the order number and postal code, click login
- Select the products you want to return
- Choose the products you would like in exchange or choose to receive a refund for the products you are returning
- Download your return form and return label
- Print it
The return papers will also be sent to the email address used on the order.
STEP 2. SEND PRODUCT(S) BACK TO US.
- Put the printed return form in the package/envelope together with the products
- Fold or cut the label to fit the package/envelope
- Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package or envelope
- Drop off the package/ envelope with the carrier
Check the name of the carrier on the label – make sure to drop off at the correct service point
STEP 3. HANDLING AT OUR WAREHOUSE
If you chose to exchange products and the new products are in stock, they will be shipped out to you the same day. You will receive an email confirming the shipment of the new products.Please note! We do not reserve stock.
So in case you chose an exchange and the new products are not in stock when we receive your return package, we will automatically send you an electronic voucher instead.
If you chose a refund, your money will be refunded with the payment method you selected. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed. The money should reach you within 3-4 working days. In case the refund is taking longer, please contact us.
Remember though that if you have chosen a refund, you will be liable for the return fees.

If the courier does not accept your return label, please contact us via the contacts page and we will surely get back to you within a few minutes. One of our supporters will get back to you to fix the situation to the best of our ability.
